Acotiza LLC (“Acotiza”, “we”) operates Acotiza POS, cloud software for point of sale, inventory (WMS), customers (CRM), invoicing, and an online store, at pos.acotiza.com. This policy explains what we process when you visit the site, create an account, or use the platform.

Information we collect

• Account and company details: name, email, phone, username, company name, and the plan you choose.
• Information you enter in the system: products, inventory, vendors, customers, quotes, orders, invoices, payments, and support messages.
• Subscription billing details. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Acotiza does not store the full card number.
• Technical use data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, language, and logs needed to run and protect the service.
• If you turn on the online store, buyer orders and checkout details are processed to complete those sales. The charge is handled by Stripe on the account you connect.

How we use it

We use this information to create and run your account, provide point of sale and inventory tools, bill the subscription, send the temporary password and service notices, answer support, and protect the platform from abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Your customers’ data

Customer, sales, and inventory records you enter belong to you. Acotiza processes them only to provide the service, on your instructions, while the account is active.

Who we share it with

We share information with providers that help us run the service, including hosting, email, and Stripe for subscription billing and the online store. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect Acotiza, you, or others.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses session cookies so you can sign in, and Google Analytics (ID G-X0LNDEFNSX) to understand how the public pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser. Some sign-in features will not work if you do.

Retention and security

We keep the account and company records while the service is active and for as long as billing, support, and legal duties require. We use access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure.

Transfers

Acotiza operates from the United States. If you or your customers are in another country, information may be processed in the United States and where our providers are located.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by emailing pos@acotiza.com. You can also export your operating records from the platform while your plan is active. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Acotiza POS is a business service. It is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date.
